The taste of this matcha is very clean without that "fishy" aftertaste that lesser quality brands have, especially when you use a heavy serving like do for my drinks. I would highly recommend!

Although I’m an avid coffee drinker, I decided to try matcha after drooling over Minimal Matcha’s Instagram page.

Before I received the tea, I was intimidated by the process of making it. But, it came directions (with pictures) that made it easy! The packaging was beautiful and it tasted great!

After reading about the health benefits of matcha compared to other teas and coffee, I knew I wanted to incorporate it into my life. Having tried sub par matcha in the past, I decided to give something premium a try and I regret not buying this earlier.

I have only ever had premium matcha a few times before and wanted to recreate the experience at home. I would recommend starting with just the matcha itself so you can get a sense of the flavors and then experiment to find what you enjoy. For me, it has been frothing it with milk to create a matcha latte. This matcha is potent and has a richness and nuttiness that will hold up well mixed with any milk or water. This has become my new weekend ritual and I can’t wait to experiment more with it.
